| The Digital Dawn runs digital landscape photography workshops and landscape photography courses in Northumberland and the Yorkshire Dales plus three locations in the North West Highlands of Scotland: Ullapool and Assynt, the Isle of Skye and Torridon. With a large proportion of photographers returning for additional courses, nearly all places are now booked for 2013. One course with a place still available for 2013 is the Digital Dawn Creative Macro Landscape Photography Course that runs in the Yorkshire Dales September 2 - 5, 2013. This course is designed to inspire photographers not to look at macro photography just as a second best option that can save a poor day with the weather, but to gain an appreciation for how developing an eye for the smaller aspects of the natural world can lead to an extremely individual and rewarding form of landscape photography. The vast majority of time is spent out on location with the opportunity to slow the image-making process down and explore each location's potential to the full. With a maximum five photographers per course we have more elbow room as well.
